Takeaway food trays suit meals handed over a counter. Printed food trays, sandwich boxes and noodle boxes are separate catalogue pages when the meal needs that format. Pizza boxes and burger boxes remain the pages for those meals. Restaurant menu cards cover the printed menu rather than the food pack.

Paper cups are the related page for served drinks. Say the cup size you use and whether a lid is part of the enquiry.

A menu brief that is easy to quote

Quote from the dishes that travel, not from the dishes eaten on a plate in the dining room. A burger, a pizza and a hot drink are separate lines because the packs are different products. Say whether a delivery rider stacks them. Give the portion you already sell and the name that should be printed. If you also need a bag or a cup, add it to the same quotation so the name is consistent. Any food-contact requirement should be written next to the dish it applies to.
