Corrugated cartons for smaller parcels
A mailer box is a corrugated carton for posting a smaller order. The photograph shows a printed mailer, one open with tissue and a small product and one closed. That is presentation, not a board grade. It is not a bag. Flexible packs for clothing and small items are printed mailer bags. Heavier or larger outer cartons are corrugated shipping boxes. Line a gift or apparel order with custom tissue paper, and close the parcel with custom packing tape. Those are separate products.
What to measure
Enter the length, width and depth of the assembled box, and say what you are posting. We do not publish a flute, a board grade, or a list of mailer sizes. Tell us the closure you need rather than assuming the flap style in the photograph is the only one.
